Sony Used gear stores no longer accepting A-Mount lenses

I guess it was only a matter of time. I knew MPB had stopped a while back, but just learned that KEH and Used Photo Pro have both stopped as well.

What will this mean for prices on eBay and other used sites? Up? Down? No change? How long before Sony drops the LA-EA adapters series altogether?

I have a ton of A-Mount glass that I need to thin. I'm not ready to part with some, like the 80-200/2.8 APO G, the 500/8 AF Reflex, the 85/1.4, and the 28-135/4-4.5. But there are some I don't use due to overlap, like the 70-210 beercan, the 100-200, the 50/1.7, , 35-105, etc. Might package them up with my Sony A-350, a Minolta Maxxum 7000 and other stuff.

Mostly like the price will go down for those who already have it stock but the rarer models of lenses might go up in price once there are fewer places where people can buy them, like f 2.8 zooms, G lenses, f 1.4 primes with Carl Zeiss optics.
(Similar thing happened with Four Thirds lenses like 150mm f 2, 300mm f 2.8, 14-35mm f 2 and 35-100mm f 2, while the f 2.8-3.5 HG lenses can be bough quite cheaply for the image quality then can give you)
