They seem to send their lenses to DAG for CLA.

I noticed that too. I'm wondering why they don't send the lenses to Leica NJ for CLA. I've heard that CLA's through DAG cost less than what Leica NJ charges but I would assume that a Leica store would get a better rate for a CLA at Leica NJ than the general public.

Probably faster service from DAG and if not lower, at least comparable price.

I almost wish I didn't already have 35 and 90mm Summarits so that I could buy that pair for less than I paid for mine. They are extremely good lenses.
