Fuji Viltrox 85mm 1.8 Mark II on Fujifilm XT 2.

I picked up a Fujifilm XT 2 last week and it did not have a lens. I bought an adapter and used my Nikon lenses with MF but I found a great deal on a used Viltrox Mark II 85mm f 1.8. Because I am new to Fujifilm, we had a little setback since I had the camera set on MF and finally found the control on the front and set it to C, and voila, autofocus! The Viltrox is very fast focusing, and very bright and this image shows how sharp it is and accurate on focus. One of my rescue dogs in her sunbeam. Her name is Sissy.

Still playing with the new lens. I went into my garage and found a willing model for some shots.

I’ve been rather impressed with the Viltrox lenses. Had a 24/1.8 for Nikon Z-mount until my 28/2.8 SE arrived.

Really liked the performance all around. Biggest weakness was the distortion in the corners.

That 85mm looks very good as well.
