DAY 19 - no outing today, so a shot from one of the previous sessions, reminding me, once again, of my father's old diapositives. Shot with Minolta MD 50mm f.4 lens mounted via speedbooster on Sony A6000; five frames stitched in total:
I just picked up an AD600, partly for the ability to distance the light outside the frame on wider shots.
That said, here's a tight shot with the 85mm. It was an exercise to basically to see how set up and tear down was on the 600 with extension head. Easier than I thought. Shoulder the main unit that I have in a bag that also doubles as a sand bag and grab the stand and move.
A big thanks to Jake. Had him run out of the house in sweats and socks while studying for finals. Bad dad!
I had this idea to juxtapose the shot of the Rosary with a shot of the microscope. Of course, I couldn't get the Rosary the way I wanted and I couldn't decide on which shot of the microscope to post. Maybe I should just say the rosary and shoot the microscope.
