Cattle Crush
Grey and very windy today so can't be asked. This is one from yesterday taken as I walked to the pub for lunch, having got off the bus early and wended my way through some Devon lanes.
DAY 11 - Nothing remotely interesting on this morning's outing, so another joker from previous hunt on DAY 9. Shot with Minolta MD 50mm f1.4 lens mounted via speedbooster on Sony A6000; 20 frames stitched in total:

Freezing rain/rain outside. We're at around 1500 ft so flooding isn't an issue for us. However, 54°F is a rare temperture for this time of year at the 45th parallel . OK, I'm resorting to still lifes for now.

Had a little more energy than normal today, so I did some needed things like wet-scrubbing the kitchen floor. Amazing how we can take such simple things for granted until life hits us up side the head with a toaster.

Muddy under foot
This is one Devon lane I won't be walking down for some weeks. The flood has retreated somewhat and is now mostly out of sight round the distant corner, doubtless it will build again given the forecast for the next few days.
Still lifes and now cat pictures. Hopefully this week's weather will be better.
We're sure the cat too is wondering when the weather will improve.

DAY 12 - Today I accompanied my wife in a short visit to her friend. She is into weaving and crafting and her apartment is at the same time her studio, full of various tidbits and interesting objects. Her mother was a sculptor with her own collection and this one piece was especially beautiful to me, so I came back with her hint of a smile. Shot with Minolta MD 50mm f1.4 lens mounted via speedbooster on Sony A6000; 12 frames stitched in total.
