Leica Showcase Voigtlander 50mm f/1.5 Nokton Aspheric

Cosina/ Voigtlander 50/1.5 Nokton Aspheric, LTM

This is a great lens, and will soon be re-introduced in M-Mount. I like the LTM version, wide-focus ring and a more modern design. This is a big lens, and uses 52mm screw in filters- the same as the 35/1.2. Also the same as Nikon has used for decades.

All shots wide-open at F1.5, on the M Monochrom with a single-coated Nikkor O56 Orange Filter.

I'm thrown by two things: the Sample Archive sub-forum vs this forum, and the other thread being listed as the Voigtlander 50mm F1.5 Nokton. I've actually got two Voigtlander 50mm F1.5 Noktons, and Voigtlander made them in LTM mount. Just 50 years before this one.

Merged the two threads, and added "Aspheric" to the title. I'm also going to suggest that the Image Archive sub-forum be moved up a level. When opening the M/LTM lens forum, you have to "dig down" to find this sub-forum, where all the activity is.
