I had a search and didn't see an image thread for photos taken with the WCL-X100 wide angle converter for the X100/S/T cameras, so I've started this one as I recently picked up the converter myself. I like the look and feel of the camera with the converter attached, and am finding that I like the 28mm equivalent quite a bit more than I expected to.

I never realised that the WCL let you get quite so close to the subject - much nearer than without it fitted. Here's a couple of our crop of snowdrops.
One at f2: I love the hazy glow!

I made the background a bit blurrier on the second one with a negative clarity adjustment on a radial filter in LR.

I bought the WCL-X100 along with my X100T and it's been on the camera since day one and hasn't come off. In fact, every photo taken with my X100T up to now has been with the WCL-X100 attached.

For me, 28mm is the perfect compromise if you need a single focal length for shooting street, urban, interiors, landscape and architectural which pretty much sums up what I shoot. In fact, I'd probably go as far as to say, it's the focal length that I'd choose if I could only own just one lens. Fortunately, I don't have to make that choice since I also love 35mm, 50mm as well as 85/90mm. :D

Lastly, an iPhoto pic of my pimped out X100T (WCL-X100, Fuji Lens Hood, Match Technical Thumbs Up Grip, Really Right Stuff Arca Swiss Base Plate, Artisan & Artist Silk Cord), along with my Olympus E-M5 Mk.II (Really Right Stuff Arca Swiss Base Plate, Artisan & Artist Silk Cord).
