Really? I wonder why, my model had possibly the best EVF and focus peaking for legacy lenses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the X-T1 in that regard.
Perhaps it was down to the lenses I used, but I found that focus peaking only really worked well with the lens wide open. For smaller apertures I just got a mass of speckles, and focus often ended up being not where I thought it was. Apart from that, though, (which was maybe 10% of my usage), it was a really good viewfinder.

Mmm, interesting, I wonder if was the lenses.
