Who owns the rights?

A rather nice Billingham Hadley Pro, I think.

y'see, I wrestled with this, I either asked the question (the answer to which I genuinely wanted to know) or I made some crack about "a nice half-case by Mr. Zhou".

Now with your intercession, Bill, I've got the best of both worlds

Lol!

Actually, I have just purchased a ThinkTank Turnstyle 20 sling back case and I have to say I am very impressed with it. Even with my back problems I can carry it and on top of that despite being reasonably small I can fit most of my A7 system.

havent read everyones replies, and its 2:45 am and i need to goto bed, but saw this on the right and thought id pipe up! lol

i think i read somewhere that its whoever TAKES the photo, owns the photo
a monkey cant own a photo
no one owns the monkey for the rights to be transferred to the monkey owner(id say this would be next step)
so id say it should then default to the equipment owner...

SOMEONE has to own the rights, right? hes the next in the line of possibilities in my eyes

now.. if a tree falls in the woods... and lands on a shutter button... ;D
