All the parsleys are an antidote for Warfarin, in one way or another ...Hemlock is a member of the parsley family ...
Some 2,800 species of parsley!
That's why I happen to know a bit about them. They contain massive amounts of vitamin K per gram, the highest of any foodstuff. Vitamin K is the specific antidote for Warfarin, but essential in one's daily diet.
To keep one's INR stable, one has to balance vitamin K intake with Warfarin dose. It can get tricky! Particularly if one happens to be 'naturally' unstable on Warfarin, as I am, along with about 5-10% of people taking it for anticoagulant purposes. I am also taking it to smooth arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation and ventricular fibrillation.
