Yes, it is a photo of a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird. I didn't know much about it but after searching it online, I was amazed that how they manufactured a airplane like that 50+ years ago. It is located in Steven F Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA near Dulles International Airport which is 25 miles outside of Washington, DC. I highly recommend it to see the space shuttle shuttle-Discovery, Concord, etc and usually it is less crowded then the other National Air and Space Museum in DC:
