Film Words Have No Meaning Anymore

Do you see that word right below "Kodak" on the packaging? I don't think it means what they think it means.

I get it, 400TX is "professional" film, but did no one along the line feel guilty about making the claim on the box for a plastic lens disposable camera?

I'd be surprised if it's even made by "Kodak", I'm pretty sure that the legal entity that owns that trademark makes more money from licensing the brand name versus physical products.

"Low fat", "sugar free", "this won't hurt a bit", "I'll fight for you", "I gave it 110%", "family oriented".

Now "marketing" that still has meaning.

I've had professional photographers ask me to make rangefinder-coupled Meniscus lenses for their Leica.

"Leica Diana" we called it.
