What happens when a genuinely great photographer finally gets hold of a digital camera? No compacts here but Don McCullin's late encounter with the world of digital is worth watching. The film is produced by Canon who provided the cameras but there's not too much product advertising and there's lots of thought and reflection on photography from McCullin. Find it here.

Also, if you're in the UK, or if you have a VPN, the BBC has a 90 minute documentary on McCullin available on iPlayer until 6 August.

I watched the documentary when it first came out. I was riveted right from the start. It's definitely worth a look. I will watch it again for sure. It can also be rented on iTunes .
