Match Technical still makes their thumb grip for the X-E2. They're more expensive than Lensmate, but are exceptionally well made. If you're in the US, online retailer Popflash Photo (www.popflash.com) is an authorized Match Technical dealer, and most likely has them. They sometimes pop up on eBay, as well, but you'll have to wade through a sea of Chinese knockoffs to find a genuine Lensmate or Match Technical.

As of 2025-02-07, KEH in the USA had a Match Technical X-E1 thumb grip for $65 used and silver LensMate X-E1 thumb grip for $29 used. $9 shipping for orders under $75. They also had a black LensMate for $36 but I bought it.
