With all that fanaticis... erm... dedication to our craft going round, I always like to think of Gavin's contributions as "photography for the rest of us". I'm as picky and opinionated about gear and technique as the next guy but from time to time, I also appreciate the unpretentious clean fun and no frills approach Gavin provides. I believe that his down-to-earth, hand-on delivery has probably made photography a lot more accessible for his audience.
