I was out last Sunday with just the XT2 and the 100-400, a great combo I really enjoy using, small and light in comparison to my previous full frame beast with a 150-600mm lens that weighed a ton and was huge.

This combo is superb and delivers some quality images.

Thank you both, have to say the combo is superb and handles like a dream delivering images I am really happy with - these are all under 300kb from around 50mb Tiffs.

Are you finding you have to do much PP? The images look very natural to me.

Hi Nigel, I run my raw images through Iridient then into Photoshop where I just do minor tweaks and add the border. The Fuji raw files are superb and require very little work (I do not shoot JPEG).

Thanks both for the feedback, Steve I am not sure what is behind the wire. It is an interesting place that draws me back time and again as there is always something worth photographing.
