Yellow and blue

Today I went out to capture some landscapes with contrasting yellow and blue, I came across these Rape Seed fields and as the sky was a nice blue with whispy clouds I looked for darker tones to add to the images - Good old X100s delivers again!

I enjoy setting myself themes / objectives as it makes me look harder for suitable subjects and think more about composition especially with a fixed focal length.

Really nice Ian. I particularly like the crossing lines the clouds create in the first two and the converging lines created by the rock wall and bordering green area in the second. Did you involve the Velvia preset in any of these, either in camera jpeg or the Lightroom profile?
